If the customer wishes for faster delivery of the order, he must contact the company so that alternative ways of faster shipping can be sought. There may be an additional charge from the distribution company.
For bulky parcels (washing machines, refrigerators, kitchens, air conditioners, etc.) the delivery covers up to the sidewalk of the building. In the event that the customer wishes to deliver to a floor, prior consultation with the transport company must be made.
For deliveries with a transport company outside Crete and Athens, payment by cash on delivery is not supported.
The company reserves the right to cancel the order, in case of non-coverage of the recipient's area, by the cooperating transport company.
In case of unavailability of an ordered item, resulting in an increase in delivery time, the Company will immediately notify the customer of the delay in delivery of the item. If it is judged by the customer that this delay makes the transaction unprofitable, then the customer can request the cancellation of the order for the specific item. Possibly existing other items in the order are delivered normally.
